Ingredients:
Boil the potatoes till they are cooked but firm. Cool, peel and chop them into 1/2 inch cubes. Heat ghee in a deep bottomed pan, add cumin seeds and green chillies. When the seeds start browning add the chopped potatoes. Saute over medium flame for 2-3 minutes, stirring continously. Cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add salt, lemon juice and a tiny pinch of sugar. Stir well. Serve hot with puris or rotis. |
