Ingredients:
Clean and rinse the fenugreek leaves thoroughly. Chop them coarsely. Finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds, turmeric powder, asafoetida and chillies. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic and saute till brown. Add the chopped onion and saute till crisp. Add the fenugreek leaves and saute on a high flame till they wilt. Reduce the heat and cook till they are completely cooked. Add salt, sugar and little water if required. Serve hot with chapattis. |
